The Kingston Estate is situated in the South Hams, Devon, encompassed by the tranquil surroundings of the South Devon countryside. The historic town of Totnes is close by with Dartmouth and numerous beaches just a short drive away.

As one of the finest surviving examples of early eighteenth century architecture in Britain today, Kingston House and its grounds are packed with history and diverse natural beauty. The House and cottages are rated Five Stars.

Kingston House provides outstanding accommodation for adults in three period suites on the first floor of the house, (referred to in 18th century architecture as the piano nobile). The bedrooms have all been lovingly restored to reflect the style and luxury of the age in which the house was built.

The Kingston Estate is now offering half price Green Fees at a selection of Devon courses.

The Kingston Estate is a

pet friendly establishment. Pets are charged at £20 each for a week(several dogs welcome) and this includes a free doggie pack on arrival. The estate is perfect for couples or families with their dogs as there are fenced gardens, paddocks and a wood for shorter walks.
