Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be advised as early as possible. If cancellation is received more than four weeks prior to the start date, the deposit, together with any principle already paid, will be re-paid in full.

If more than two and less than four weeks notice is given, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation for the full period, and if successful, all pre-paid sums will be returned less a charge of 10%of the full cost of the booking. If we are unable to re-let the space booked, then providing a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation is given prior to the start date, the full 30% deposit will be retained, with any balance already paid being re-paid. If however less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given, then payment in full shall become due, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation in full, in which case only a 10% fee shall apply. All clients are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation, for which we are able to offer competitive Insurance cover.
